Conceptualized, Designed and Created the Ansal University Innovation Centre for Solar Energy (AU-IC). This involved conducting doctoral research, faculty research identifying collaborating research partners, training of staff, laboratory setup for indoor and outdoor simulation experiments, involving student participation in BTech / MTech projects / dissertations and managing day to day activities of the center and giving a research direction.
Established Centres of Excellence in Cyber Security in collaboration with Cyber Peace Foundation (CPF) at BIT Meerut.
Created the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CI2E or CIIE) at BIT Meerut to promote startup culture, innovation and creativity driven ecosystem on campus by securing project grants from DST and EDII, inviting young successful entrepreneurs as mentors and identifying potential students for seed grants based on competitive projects.
